An Izakaya is a Japanese style pub; we lean more heavily on the cyberpunk/neo-Tokyo aesthetic with the necessarily added Colorado chill. We have chosen to build our menu around the size of our space, ensuring that we serve the freshest items possible. We offer interesting dishes not readily available at a traditional American sushi bar; thank you for your sense of adventure!
